Initial Settings:-

How to Load Game?

F6 to Load the Game list. Or Go to "Game}Load Game"

How to Save Game?

Use "Ctrl+F10" to Save or Go to "Game}Save states}Save state"

How to Load Save Game?

Use "Ctrl+F9" or Go to "Game}Save states}Load state"

Video Settings:-

What are the best blitter settings?

There are 5 blitter settings, Basic, SoftFX, Enhanced, Experimental, and Directx9. You can choose any which you think is best for your device or game, to do so Go to "Video}Select blitter".

How to stretch the game to fullscreen?

Simply go to "Video}Stretch}Full stretch"

How to go Fullscreen mode?

Just double click on the game screen or use "Alt+Enter" or go to "Video" and select Toggle fullscreen mode.

Keys Settings:-

How to change or view key settings?

Use "F5" or go to "Input}Map game input" select Player 1 and change the settings if you want.

How to use a Game controller?

Use "F5" or go to "Input}Map game input" select Player 1 or 2 then change Keyboard with Joystick 0 and click on "Use preset" it will auto assign Joystick/Controller keys if you want to change Coin and Start button, then you need to do it manually for these 2 keys or you can complete redefining keys as you want.

General Settings:-

How to tweak game difficulty?

Use "Ctrl+F5" or go to "Input}Set dipswitches" and modify the settings that you prefer.

How to record the game?

Go to "Game" select Record AVI, then select encoder setting and Ok.

How to Pause the game?

Use the key "Pause/Break" from the keyboard.
