Bang Bead Game
Bang Bead, known in Japan as Bang Beads , is a 2001 ball-and-paddle game developed and published by Visco exclusively for the arcade cabinet known as the SNK Neo-Geo MVS hardware. It combines the genres of the Magnavox Odyssey Tennis game, Atari's Pong and Breakout arcades, and Nintendo's Spitball Sparky of the Game & Watch series. You can select from 9 characters and play against another player or the computer. Knock out the stars behind the other player then get the bouncing ball through to win the round.
Bang Bead plays much like its predecessor but changes a few elements around. Players don't carry shields anymore, so now bouncing back the ball is done manually by pressing the A button while touching the ball. Much like before players have to hit all targets on the opponent's side, though this time players must also hit the opposite wall once all targets are destroyed. here are now seven characters available from the start, along with two boss characters which are unlockable by beating the game with all characters, for a total of nine characters.
